Confirm your requirements and we would liaise with the appropriate statutory companies to ensure your development has power, clean water & communications.

Layouts would be produced accurately detailing service routes, duct crossings, draw pits, cable boxes, etc all set-out clearly and concisely in accordance with NJUG Extracts 6 & 7.

Where road improvement schemes are proposed, we would notify the stats companies on your behalf and seek advise as to whether diversions are necessary, what expense this would incur and to advise of possible alternative solutions.

Reminder Note: Never attempt to commence works on an unsurveyed site. Always seek professional assistance in mapping live or redundant services prior to excavating any earthworks.
