External Levels

Whilst bearing in mind constraints associated with the drainage strategy, decontamination issues, existing boundaries and Architectural / Planning proposals, the external levels of the site would be determined.

DPC levels (and/or FFL levels) would be determined unless stated elsewhere by yourselves, with all information clearly represented in spot level or contour format.

Fall arrows would denote direction of SW runoff and complimentary contouring of existing or post-demolition levels can assist in determining the extent of proposed regrading works.

Level thresholds, and means of access to dwellings are catered for by design to accommodate the most recent requirements of the Building Regulations Part M.

Where applicable, we would prepare a full three-dimensional model of the site, cutting sections and profiles to view proposed earthworks and for determining volumes of cut & fill.
