This fundamentally forms the platform from which all proceeding external works layouts will be generated.

We would take your sketch planning proposals, a digital site survey and architectural building footprints to develop a fully engineered site layout, geometrically correct, accounting for all dimensional constraints as briefed by yourself.

Approval would be sought to this 'base layout' from yourself prior to commencing the external works design.

This drawing in itself could be used as an overview for Planning, Construction or Sales purposes.
